Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to acquire information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Stay up to date on the latest market research methods and best practices in the business to enhance your research capabilities.
• Use different tools and software for market research to gather, organize, and analyze data easily.
• To identify possible business prospects, monitor and track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Market Research Analyst or a related function is required.
• Experience with qualitative research techniques: Ability to conduct focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic research to acquire qualitative insights.
• Experience with competitive intelligence: Understanding competitive intelligence processes and tools for gathering information about competitors’ products, pricing, and strategy.
• Knowledge of market research procedures, data analysis tools, and statistical concepts is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to extract relevant insights from large amounts of data.
•  Solid understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to successfully deliver research findings and recommendations.
• Capability to work both independently and cooperatively in a time-pressured environment.
• Data analysis and reporting require high accuracy and attention to detail.
