Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to acquire information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Stay up to date on the latest market research methods and best practices in the business to enhance your research capabilities.
- Use different tools and software for market research to gather, organize, and analyze data easily.
To identify possible business prospects, monitor and track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Experience as a Market Research Analyst or a related function is required.
- Experience with qualitative research techniques: Ability to conduct focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic research to acquire qualitative insights.
- Experience with competitive intelligence: Understanding competitive intelligence processes and tools for gathering information about competitors’ products, pricing, and strategy.
- Knowledge of market research procedures, data analysis tools, and statistical concepts is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to extract relevant insights from large amounts of data.
- Solid understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to successfully deliver research findings and recommendations.
- Capability to work both independently and cooperatively in a time-pressured environment.
- Data analysis and reporting require high accuracy and attention to detail.
