About the Role

Feline Insights, a leading market research company focused on consumer behavior and trends, seeks an energetic and experienced Research Manager to join our team. As a Research Manager, you will lead our research initiatives and deliver high-quality insights to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute market research studies, including the development of research methodology, the collection and analysis of data, and the presentation of findings.
  • Manage and lead a research team, providing guidance and support throughout the research process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their research objectives and provide customized research solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Conduct a detailed market analysis, identifying the target industries’ trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the given schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Research Manager or an equivalent position in a market research or consulting organization is required.
  • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing activities, handling many projects concurrently, and fulfilling deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and presenting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in consumer products, technology, or retail is preferred.
  • A strategic attitude capable of identifying research opportunities and providing actionable insights.
