Responsibilities

• Create innovative concepts and design solutions for various marketing products, such as print and digital assets, presentations, infographics, and social media graphics.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Convert intellectual ideas into visually appealing designs that meet the needs of clients.
• Ensure that visual elements, typography, and brand identity are consistent throughout all designs.
• Keep up-to-date understanding of industry trends, design tools, and software to improve design skills and provide new ideas consistently.
• Collaborate with project managers to accomplish project deadlines and handle several design projects simultaneously.
• To improve designs and attain the intended results, incorporate feedback from team members and clients.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related job is required.
• Graphic design software knowledge, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong portfolio displaying a variety of design projects in many mediums.
• Design principles, typography, and color theory are all well-understood.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide high-quality designs within the deadline.
• You must have strong communication and teamwork abilities to work well in a team environment.
• Current design trends and best practices in the market research business are beneficial.
