Job Description:

Feline Insights is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing personas targeting prospective companies and converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through persistent engagement. This role involves leveraging pilot projects, direct calling, and cold calling techniques to generate and nurture leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Persona Development: Create detailed personas targeting prospective companies to accurately identify their needs and pain points.
  • Lead Conversion: Engage with MQLs through persistent and strategic methods to convert them into opportunities and clients.
  • Pilot Projects: Utilize pilot projects to showcase the value of our services, establishing strong initial relationships with potential clients.
  • Direct and Cold Calling: Conduct direct calling and cold calling to initiate contact with prospects, generate interest, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective outreach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our services and respond to market changes.


  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the market research or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of persona development and targeting prospective companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert MQLs through strategic and persistent engagement.
  • Experience with direct calling and cold calling techniques.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
